A: Yes.We can provide you one meter for free to check the quality,but the freight charge is excluding.
Q2.What is your packing and do you accept customization?
A: Normally,we do our own brand packing and neutral packing for 5M/roll in the blister packing ,or 2 rolls/set for
24V,but100M/roll for 220V in a carton.Customized order either of packing or PCB printing is acceptable if you can get our MOQ.
Q3.What about lead time?
A: Sample needs 1-5 days, bulk order production time needs 1-2 weeks.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Small order would be shipped by International Expresses (3-7 days) or International logistics parcel (15-20 days). Bulkorderwould be ship by Airline (5-7 days airport to airport) and sea shipping (20-40days port to port).

A: Yes.3 years warranty under our standard.
Q6. What should be confirm before placing an order?
A: Please tell us your requirements:for example parameter like voltage,color/color temp,power,length,package, CRI,IP index.Orapplication such as dimmable,smart and so on.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Please send us the evidence photos or video of failure, and we will send you new lights for replacement free in charge. If thefailure lights need to be shipped back to us, we will pay the freight cost.
